A FA system means a system technology to effiently and organically combine all production activities from partial automation, such as production process or measurement control automation and design automation, and matrial warehousing to product shipping.

Our UM Mechanics is developing a FA system to automatically process all the work that was manually performed in connection with various production such as automatic product design, automatic production process control, production equipment control, trouble discovery and recovery, quality inspection, etc. and to produce products of excellent quality within a short time while improving productivty and minimizing personal intervention.
